    This is I think one of the best Skipper reproductions ever made. Plus the fact that they faithfully reproduced the clothes as well. Even the shoes are almost like the exact vintage one. Dont miss her out if you are a fan of Skipper, or Vintage repros. She us a must for your collection! Plus shes affordable! Just be careful with your Amazon purchase. I ordered two of these and both boxes have super minor flaws.

    Way above my expectations. Almost identical to the one that I have that was the first skipper in 1964. I play with my granddaughter and she plays with the new skipper and I play with my original one. SO GLAD she came dressed appropriately and is something I can share with my granddaughter.     I saw this doll on the matel barbie website, and wanted to order it but their shipping to Canada was too high, was thrilled to see it at amazon.com the shipping was much less.
    Beautiful doll, I had the original Skipper just like this on when I was a child, my cousin had the dress and I always loved it. This may not be the original 50 year old doll but she sure brought back memories.
