Narrow skirt for girls rainbow high/shadow high. You can experiment with length/fabric, add details and embroidery. Fastener, in my case, on a button.
You may have to adjust the pattern in the process to fit the figure perfectly (in my case, the pattern fit perfectly). You can add cuts and something else, to your taste 🤏🏼
