Disney Descendants: The Rise of Red - Doll Explosion July 2024

Disney has unveiled new character posters for Descendants: The Rise of Red, the latest installment in the popular franchise that brings together the teenage descendants of iconic Disney heroes and villains. Starring Kylie Cantrall as Red, the rebellious daughter of the Queen of Hearts (Rita Ora), the film promises to be an exciting adventure filled with music, magic and time travel to save Auradon from a coup d'état. With a captivating soundtrack and a range of offerings from Disney Consumer Products, "Descendants: Red Rebellion" will enchant fans this summer 2024. The film, which launches on Disney+ on July 12, follows Red and Chloe, played by Malia Baker, as they overcome the challenges of their polar opposite personalities and backgrounds. When the tyrannical Queen Chirw instigates a coup against Auradon, Red and Chloe must join forces and travel back in time to undo this traumatic event.
True to the Descendants tradition, The Rise of Red features seven new original songs, two cover songs and a cover of "So This Is Love" from the classic animated film Cinderella. The Descendants album will be released on July 12, giving fans a chance to enjoy the music before the movie hits theaters.
Producer Williams and costume designers Julia Caston and Emilio Sosa worked together to bring this magical world to life.

With nearly 7 million dolls and 9 million Descendants books sold, including four New York Times bestsellers, and Descendants Halloween costumes ranked among Disney's top 5 licensed costumes for seven consecutive years (2015-2021), the franchise has proven its popularity among fans.
This time, the beloved company Mattel was inspired to create dolls for The Rise of Red, in collaboration with Disney! And there are already the first results of their creativity in the form of a female band of the series, and, in our humble opinion, they are truly stunning!

The rebellious beauty is presented in two versions - a singing doll (after all, Red adores Rock!), and an ordinary one.
