Meet the second wave of Mattel's wildly popular collection!
The next trio of stylish and daring Barbie Looks were presented at the end of 2021.
This time, the dolls' outfits clearly have more of an 80s atmosphere.
All three dolls use silver metallic as the through line of the image. This silver palette definitely sets this trio of Barbie Looks apart from the first group, whose black and white aesthetic had a stark and minimalist tone. Both neutral and bold, silver is an unusual but perfect choice for the second wave of Barbie looks.

Aside from the silver theme, another common feature of this wave of dolls is the detailed footwear. Each doll has unique shoes that complement the overall look. A modern sophisticated blonde with fashionable asymmetric boots, a fiery beauty in cut-out gladiator boots and a stylish black military boots on a brunette.
