This series is dedicated to dolls who love to travel and relax in different parts of the world. So the packaging, the blister, has a very bright look, stylized as a large suitcase on wheels and decorated with numerous travel stickers on all sides! We can imagine how nice it would be to receive such a doll as a giftπ€
Unfortunately, the doll stand is not included in the package, so this review will use the stand from the strategic stockpile.
The Extra doll series gained its popularity not only because of the beautiful articulated dolls, but primarily because each doll comes with a variety of interesting themed trinkets and accessories. The Extra Fly series is no exception, and Ken boasts some very cool and travel-friendly items.
The chic, large suitcase with a key fob opens to fit any item, and the key fob has a convenient attachment, so it can be moved to other doll suitcases.
Of course, it is impossible to travel without music and relevant documents, so the set includes headphones, a real doll's passport and a plane ticket. Also, there is a ticket, from the size of which you can understand that Ken is ready to take a friend or girlfriend with him for company on a scale of 1/1 π
And the kit has everything you need for being on the ocean coast: sunglasses, a delicious cocktail, a soft towel and even a surfboard! βοΈπππ»ββοΈ
The guy himself looks really cool! Emerald strands in his dark hair and expressive amber eyes - an amazing combination! The hairstyle is varnished to immobility, but the varnish washes off very easily and the hair is surprising with its density and quality of stitching.
A bit pixelated, but very neat nude makeup on a fine mold - and this guy can easily become a favorite of even the most picky Mattel fans.
The boy's outfit and accessories correspond to his playful mood and desire to travel: a bright two-piece beach suit (elasticated shorts and a shirt with Velcro) is made of soft thin fabric and has a very nice beach print.
Two "sea" bracelets on one hand and a "golden" watch with ears on the other add style and brightness to this macho image. In addition, Ken has a very stylish tablet on a long strap, which is embossed with the "Extra" series. All accessories are of very high quality, hold well on the doll and do not fly off by themselves.
Ken is wearing chic stylish sandals on rough wedges. They are made of quite hard plastic and do not hold very well on Ken's plastic leg, they come off and fall offπ€·π»ββοΈ
Ken has an articulated body, but it doesn't look like MTM or the articulated bodies of collectible Kens.
There are one-piece joints in the elbows and knees, and there is also a joint in the bones.
The feet are motionless, in the hips the boy can only lift his legs up, but he cannot spread them to the sides at all. The hands in the shoulders rise up and in different directions. The position of the head allows only turning the head to the side, tilting to the left and right, but the boy did not want to raise and lower his chin almost at all.

If Ken's basic mobility is not enough - he has a lot of options for hybridization with Made to Move. The photo below shows only some of them. Theoretically, you can still try trolleys from the "Fashionistas" series.
On the MTM body, this guy feels much looser, besides - the sandals do not fly off the rubber leg, and the head also gets the appropriate freedom of movement.
