OOAK
One of a kind means something created as "the only one of its kind". There are two types of OOAK dolls. The first is when the doll is created completely from scratch. It can be work with fabric (if the doll is sewn), and with plastic, and forms, if the doll needs to be cast. Such dolls can be articulated and stationary, in the form of figurines, and plush... There are a lot of options here. The second type is when they take a factory doll and rework it, creating a completely different character from it, a completely different image. They sew hair, completely (or partially) redraw the face, make clothes, etc.
