Finally, we got our hands on this wonderful, stylish doll from the new series “Barbie Holiday 2023”, 35th Anniversary✨🌟✨
At the moment, there are four beauties in this series, but we chose this charismatic blonde in the Karl mold for familiarization.
The traditional bright packaging, as a business card of this series of different years, gives the doll an elegant, festive gift look. The package includes a certificate of authenticity and a stand for the model body.

This year, the creators chose gold as the main color of the series. All four dolls are dressed in similar holiday outfits in white and gold, and shine like stars in the night sky. And our beauty is no exception⭐️

It is impossible to take your eyes off this bright girl, because everything about her is enchanting: the combination of tanned skin with the most stylish shade of blond hair, and expressive khaki eyes on a sophisticated Karl mold, and, of course, the royal posture of a model body combined with an exquisite festive outfit ❤️
The girl's rather complex festive make-up also attracts attention, but it is impossible not to notice that the golden shadows are pixelated, and the bright lipstick is not applied as perfectly as her color requires. Apparently, the girl was in a great hurry to release and could not sit still during coloring☺️

The doll's hair is thick, soft and pleasant to the touch, not varnished, high-quality stitched, but without parting. A stylish hairstyle is quite easy to disassemble, but in the future, the hair needs additional washing and styling, as it remains broken in the place where the tail was gathered with an elastic band. Also, you can notice that there is a strange empty space behind the first line of the firmware🤔

The clothes of the girls in this series are similar, so you can choose a doll to your taste and be sure that she will have everything the same as the rest of the beauties.
The outfit consists of a dress, a cape with a bow and sandals.
The cape - corrugation is very elegant and transparent, tied in a strong knot, so you will have to make an effort to carefully untie it🥴

The top of the dress with silicone straps has a very sophisticated style and is made of shiny fabric. The dress has a velcro fastener on the back.
The quality of tailoring and attention to detail are pleasantly impressive👍🏼

The skirt of the dress is two-layered: the lower layer is hard, holds its shape well, and the upper layer is transparent and decorated with gold stars that can fall off a little.
The bottom of the dress is also decorated with a transparent frill, which gives it even more splendor and pomp🌟 It should be noted that the dress looks very festive, light and unencumbered. The surprisingly good design and choice of fabrics make it airy, although it has many interesting details.

The doll's feet also have a festive look thanks to the gold heeled sandals with straps. The heels, by the way, are too rubbery and cannot withstand the weight of the doll.

Among the additional accessories, the doll has a stylish manicure in the color of lipstick, star earrings and a wide star bracelet on her arm.
The earrings are easy to remove because they don't have stoppers, but they leave rather large holes in the doll's ears.

As mentioned above, the doll has a model body with basic joints.

For fans of mobility and hybridization, we have some not-so-good news: once again Mattel decided to entertain us with new shades of skintones🙈 This girl has a tanned pink (Carl!) skintone🥴 There is currently no ideal donor for such a mixture among made to move, hybridization is only possible with variegated ♀️ 🤷🏻
BMR1959 turned out to be the closest tone (not shade!) in our opinion. If you abstract from the body and attach only the head - it can be. You can also try MTM representatives with la tan skin tone (unfortunately, we do not have them at hand now, but we will definitely add comparative photos when there is an opportunity).
