Review of Barbie in Gold "The Movie" 2023

The "Gold Rush" of the doll series "Barbie.The Movie" of 2023 from Mattel did not bypass us either, so today we have the opportunity to look at the most golden girl of the series - the main character Barbie, played in the film by the incomparable Margot Robbie, so the doll can also be considered portrait 🤩
Traditional for the series, bright packaging in Barbie's favorite color - pink💖 The doll comes with a white stand and a certificate of authenticity.

The girl has a very cute face that actually resembles Margot Robbie. A golden disco outfit, a chic hairstyle, a charming wide smile, clear blue eyes, nude make-up - all this cannot but evoke positive emotions from meeting such a bright blonde☺️

But there are nuances: for a doll of this level, the quality of painting the eyebrows is a bit strange, and, in general, there is a slight feeling that the painting has quarreled a little with the sculpture🙈 But, as they say, beautiful is not always perfect, so we will consider all these little things as "highlights" of the doll ☺️

The doll has long blond hair of unsurpassed beauty and quality, painted in large curls, which can be easily washed with ordinary shampoo. In addition, the hair has a very beautiful and gentle highlighting. It was the highlighting and, in our humble opinion, the very successful location of the parting of the hairstyle that made our team choose this version of Barbie - Margo for review😍

The hairstyle is decorated with a plastic shiny hoop, which, by the way, does not hold very securely on the doll's head.

The girl's outfit deserves special mention 🤩 Solid gold disco jumpsuit, embroidered with sequins, made of fabric that does not stretch, but does not interfere with the doll's movements.
The upper part - on silicone straps, on the back - metal buttons. The bottom of the overalls is a stylish flare. In general, the overalls sit perfectly on the doll's fragile figure, it's impossible to fall in love with it😍
Also, I am very pleased with the high-quality and neat tailoring of this amazing outfit.

On the girl's legs are very beautiful gold, with the effect of mother-of-pearl, pumps on heels. But there is one "but" - the heels are like rubber and soft, they cannot withstand the weight of the doll, so the shoes look, one might say, relaxed🫠 and do not hold on their own without additional manipulations on the leg.

To complete the image, the blonde has a couple of shiny jewelry, namely - gold bracelets on her hands and large gold heart earrings, which are easily removed, because they do not have stoppers from the inside of the doll's head. And, of course, the doll's fingers are decorated with a stylish pink manicure.

Thus, the complete outfit of the doll looks like this:

It was possible to transplant not only the head, but also the "living" hands of the doll, with the help of only heating.

So, the girl has become even more free in her movements, and we can see that the amazing golden jumpsuit does not prevent her from taking any difficult poses for photo shoots😍
