Finally, the "first swallows" of ordered boys_who_survived began to arrive to the owners, so we hasten to share our impressions of the long-awaited first doll of the "Harry Potter. Exclusive Design Collection” of 2023 from Mattel 🪄
At first glance, the stylish packaging of the doll is pleasantly impressive. It is a textured plum box with the series history on the back. The box opens with a book and shows us the main character in the middle of the magical Hogwarts room.
Particular attention should be paid to such things as the certificate of authenticity and the stand, which are included in the set.
The certificate is made in stylish black color, on paper that is pleasant to the touch, and on the back side there is a list of Mattel Creations masters who worked on the doll, as well as their personal signatures🤩 You really want to keep such a certificate in a prominent place with pride🏵️
The stand also has an authentic look of a magic triangle and proved to be very convenient to use during the creation of this review👍🏼☺️
The doll is very securely attached and protected from trouble during transportation and storage. There were protective films on the parts of the body touching dark fabrics, and the face was protected by a special plastic screen.
I would like to note that as soon as the protective screen is removed from the face, the glasses almost completely stop staying in place. The glasses do not have special fasteners.
The guy turned out to be positive, charming and cute☺️ A sideways glance and a slight smile evoke pleasant memories of the character of Harry Potter from books and movies.
Another "highlight" of this very issue of Harry Potter is stitched, live, unpainted hair😍 Although the entire hairstyle is completely fixed with varnish - we have already learned that if it is washed with warm water and shampoo, the boy will have a thick, high-quality embroidery and several shades in hair🤫 But now we will demonstrate the hairstyle from different sides in its original form. She is very stylish and neatly trimmed.
Without glasses, the boy also looks cute and pleasant😊 Moreover, as we wrote above, glasses do not like publicity at all and tried to escape from Harry's face all the time🤭
The style of the face painting is chosen to be shadowy, which gives the impression that the paint was applied with something like sandblasting. As statistics show, not all connoisseurs like this look of make-up, but we have what we have.
Harry's outfit consists of a magical cloak, pajamas and comfortable shoes. From accessories - traditionally - glasses and a magic wand.
The main element of the outfit, of course, is the invisibility cloak, which, according to legend, is one of the Deathly Hallows and is designed to save Harry in all kinds of unpleasant situations.
Masters from Mattel were able to surprise their fans again, because the raincoat is a sample of skill in the selection and combination of fabrics😍
From the outside, it is expensive velvet, covered with stars and magical symbols, trimmed with gold threads. And the reverse side is something amazing - a thin fabric lining that shimmers in the light like scales. With this effect, the creators wanted to convey the "invisibility" of the cloak, which must be worn with the reverse side up so that it "hides" its wearer.
The cloak drapes perfectly, lays in beautiful waves, and has three metal fasteners-buttons on the shoulders.
Harry's pajamas are made of a thin material that does not stretch. Even stitches and a perfectly ironed collar look good☺️
The shirt has a velcro fastening and decoy buttons, regular straight cut trousers with an elasticated waist.
The processing of the edges of the inside of the shirt raises a few questions🤔 This is what the bent edges look like:
On Harry's feet are comfortable detailed moccasins, the only unusual thing about them is the color☺️💜
Harry's body type is already well-known to us from the previous regular releases of Harry Potter boys.
This is a teenage body with two-part hinges at the elbows and knees, with a solid foot.

Even the boys' glasses are similar, except for the brackets. They are different because Harry with plastic hair has his glasses inserted into special holes above his ears.
