Today we have the opportunity to get to know more about the very interesting and original Hawkeye/Kate Bishop doll, which was the result of the joint work of Marvel Studios and the Disney Store.
This doll can be safely classified as Action Dolls, as it has all the characteristics of these dolls, which we will look at in this review.
The prototype of the doll is the rising star of Marvel's heroic comics, the follower and fan of Hawkeye - the archer Kate Bishop, played by the beautiful young actress Hailee Steinfield in the Netflix series.
The doll is presented in a very stylish package, which can decorate any collection shelf and draw attention to the doll itself. This series does not have a stand or certificate.
The doll is similar to its prototype only in general features, has a yellowish skin tone and a not very structured face sculpt. The girl's high-quality make-up and light smile are pleasantly impressive.
The hair is very varnished, made of a stiff material, bouncy and naughty, but put into a cute and stylish curled hairstyle.
Kate boasts chic shooting accessories, including a powerful bow, a small hip pouch, a belt with an arrowhead holder, and a quiver of arrows.
The girl's outfit is one of Kate's most famous shooting suits in black and purple colors: a stylish turtleneck with a stand-up collar and "leather" pants that emphasize the slender figure of the doll. In the back, the golf and pants have Velcro fasteners.
Molded shooting gloves on gesture palms complete the costume.
On Kate's legs are chic boots with low heels and rough soles.
Action dolls traditionally have articulated bodies and removable hands and feet. All this in order to be able to change poses, reflecting some kind of dynamic action.
Kate boasts a very flexible, complexly articulated body that doesn't fall apart, holds poses well, and doesn't creak. Kate's hands and shoes are removed without additional heating, you just need to make a little effort. Replacement hands and feet are not included. The boots are solid inside, it will not be possible to put them on the bare leg of another doll.
Unfortunately, Kate's wonderful outfit has its "second" side: almost the entire body of the doll turned out to be painted. If you plan to use the outfit for other dolls, this nuance should be taken into account.
