Claudia's hair is of very high quality, soft and thick, and almost crisply varnished in the form of large curls. The first impression "out of the box" is that you want to wash it, because the varnished curls are naughty and stick out in different directions. The base of the head is painted in dark brown, which creates the effect of "growing roots". The bulk of Claudia's hair is a mix of two warm shades of blonde.
The head marked 2021 has a very interesting, voluminous nape.
Claudia's outfit is no less legendary than herself - a dress from Versace👗. There are no additional accessories and decorations in the package.
The top of the dress has a complex design and is made of a rather rough textured material. You can see how voluminous the straps look in the city of the seams. But in the area of the shelves, in our opinion, the volume is a little lacking😎 The inside of the top has the same voluminous seams and cuts.
The lower part of the dress looks mega-chic!😍 Thin corrugated material with a shine, which drapes very nicely and is placed with a fragile wave at the bottom.
A narrow satin petticoat hides under the main skirt. It severely limits the doll's leg movements.
On the back, the dress fastens with two plastic black buttons. But there is a feeling that the dress is very close to the body and therefore these buttons hardly stay fastened. Thanks to this, we can see a brilliant design solution☝🏻 - a coarse thread that fastens the parts of the dress in the area of the fastener🤭 Of course, the thread can be removed, but the buttons will continue to behave unpredictably.
On the legs - a pastel pink pedicure (there is no manicure, which is interesting🤔) and exquisite mother-of-pearl blue sandals with rubber heels, which sometimes cannot withstand the weight of the doll and bend.
Claudia's body type is familiar to connoisseurs of Mattel's aesthetic pivoting bodies called Pivotal. This elegant body is marked in 2006 and, in addition to the basic ones, has one-piece joints at the elbows and knees, as well as a chest joint, movable wrists and movable elastic hips. The foot is stationary, with a high rise for high-heeled shoes.
Personally, our team had a lot of questions about the quality of the body, because it was very strange to receive a platinum label doll with a body of such quality as the photo below🥴 We sincerely hope that this is an unfortunate exception and not a pattern.
For hybridization with the Made to Move body, according to the skin tone, Milly's yoga with a tail was perfect for our Claudia, but once again we note that it is necessary to compare the skin tone of your own doll with the skin tone of the donor doll, since there may be shade options in different batches.
