Review of Defa Lucy Fashion and Beauty Dolls, by China.

Recently, new bright doll faces have appeared very often on social networks🤔 Our team became very interested in taking a closer look at them together with you, so we conducted an investigation, found where to order, and proudly present to your attention a blitz review of six of the most popular Defa dolls Lucy, which are most often found among collectors and gamers around the world🤗

It should be noted right away that the dolls come from a very budget segment: the prices of the ones we will consider - from 300 to 550 UAH. on Shein.
The Defa Lucy company is of Chinese origin and the first thing we had to face in the review was the lack of personal codes for the dolls, only the general series is known. Therefore, we will invent the names ourselves, based on the external features of each doll.
The packaging is the usual blisters and cute (looks-like) boxes in the latest Fashion Girl: Mix and Match series. Certificates and stands are not included in the package, so we will use stands from our stocks.
So, make a coffee, get comfortable, because there will be at least 220 photos in the review 🤪😅 Let's look and hybridize together! 😉
They drove! 📸

Defa Lucy, Beauty: Mix and Match, Blue Hair

Our puppet parade is opened by a girl who, we are sure, everyone has already seen a million times in every iron in social networks🤩 A charming blue-haired lady with funny little eyes, long flagella and the look of a deer☺️

The doll's makeup is very nice, not pixelated, and, in this case, without damage. Fairly even print and cute sculpt immediately evoke warm feelings in the soul of a doll fan😌

Hair of an incredible shade is very similar to a non-stiff thin kanekalon, varnish is completely absent. Balls and flagella are fixed only with silicone rubber bands. And the girl has a pretty good firmware. It is neither thin nor dense, that is, the hair has a pleasant natural volume, is soft to the touch, and the head does not shine through.

The girl's accessories include a bright plastic necklace in the form of a flower and an interestingly shaped orange handbag that opens into two parts. During the shooting, the idea of using this handbag as a decoration in the room box came up😜 We are sure that the transparent bright parts can beautifully decorate the shelves of doll cabinets😉

The doll's outfit corresponds to the budget segment, created from ordinary printed fabrics and mesh. Fasteners - velcro. It is damaged in places, but in skillful hands it can turn into neat and stylish clothing items.

On the doll's legs are white sneakers with molded details (on a flat leg).

As you may have already noticed - the blue-haired beauty has an articulated body!😊 Let's not get into comparisons, because even without this we all understand where the joints grow from😉 The movement capabilities of the body are shown in the photo below. The foot is stationary, flat, and has very fragile detailed toes☺️
The quality of the body is quite pleasant, it is light, neat, maybe the hinges behave a little freely, the appearance is surprisingly aesthetic.
There are no markings on the body, there is only a code on the back of the head - DF57.

Here's what the blue-haired Defa Lucy looks like next to Mattel's Barbie Extra on an MTM body. A girl can quite harmoniously "blend" into the team of Barbie dolls.

Regarding the skin tone - the body has a slightly pinkish tint compared to the head, and the head (in our case) perfectly matches the skin tone of Neko in the made to move body from Mattel. You can hybridize 🤩 (for comparison, the body of a tennis player is lightened).

Defa Lucy, Beauty: Mix and Match, Cherry Hair

Next, an equally stylish girl comes to meet us, but this time with cherry hair😊🍒

This girl has the same facial mold as the blue-haired one, even the make-up is almost identical. On the head - a stylish cap, near the ears - bright earrings with very large stoppers inside the head, so they are difficult to remove and only after heating the head.

Without a cap, the doll looks no less attractive: neat bangs, a juicy shade of hair (rather soft thin material), a good parting and decent embroidery.

The girl's accessories include, in addition to earrings, a fashionable purple plastic handbag (does not open).

The doll has a rather interesting complex outfit: a double-layered blouse, decorated with stones, and short-skirted shorts with a fashionable belt. All clothing elements are fastened behind with velcro. The quality of tailoring can be seen in the photo.

On the legs - pink plastic crosses (for flat feet).

The body of the cherry-haired beauty is identical to the body of the girl with blue hair. Also hinged, with a fixed flat foot.
On the back of the head is the same code DF57.

Next to the Barbie Extra on the MTM body (for comparison).
They look like girlfriends😊

For hybridization with the Made to Move body, the Neko skintone option is also suitable for this girl👍🏼
Defa Lucy head transplants do not require any additional manipulations other than a traditional head warmer.

Let's move on to the Defa Lucy dolls of another series - Fashion Girl.
It's the turn of two tanned beauties😍

Defa Lucy, Fashion Girl, Curly Hair

A charming girl with curly hair opens the show of tanned beauties on oak bodies.
The girl has a very elegant face, nude make-up, but, unfortunately, the make-up on her lips is worn. In general, it has been noticed that the weak spot on the face is the lips. And it's good that sponges are easier than others to fix yourself, if necessary.

The doll's hair is quite stiff and elastic, the bangs are gathered on both sides of the face and fixed with a silicone rubber band on the back of the head. And the creators decided that with such a volume of chicken hair, the firmware does not necessarily have to be dense.

In the girl's ears are blue plastic earrings - circles with large stoppers inside the head, therefore, in order to remove the earrings, the head must be heated up a lot.

In her hands, our beauty has the same orange handbag as the blue-haired girl.

The doll's outfit is unusually ergonomic - everything is simple, convenient, reliable, on the back there is a traditional velcro.
The doll's legs are decorated with stylish orange pointy-toe sandals on straps, which, by the way, also fit perfectly on yoga legs☺️

The doll's body is oak, has only a few basic joints plus a joint in the hips that allows you to raise the legs to the sides.
A lifting foot with very cute toes.
The body has no markings, but the back of the head has the code DF57.

The Asha skintone option is suitable for hybridization on the Made to Move body. And the girl looks very harmonious with the representatives of Barbie from Mattel☺️

Defa Lucy, Fashion Girl, Lilac Hair

And now the favorite of our team appears - a cute fashionista with lilac hair.
Notice what a wonderful face sculpt😍☺️ The girl seems to smile easily, and such a gentle profile🌸
Make-up is non-pixelated, nude, very suitable for tanned skin.

The doll's hair of an amazing lilac shade is not very soft, but docile, holds volume well. In some places, you can notice the unevenness of the firmware (around the perimeter), the density of the firmware is average.

Bright yellow earrings go very well with lilac hair and tanned skin. Traditionally, they have large stoppers inside the head, so they are removed only after heating the head.

In the hands of our fashionista is a stylish plastic pink handbag (does not open).

The girl's outfit is a T-shirt with a coquette and a sun skirt with motifs of circles and squares. Fastener - velcro.
On the legs - pink boots with an interesting shape of heels.

The doll's body has only a few basic joints, including a hinge at the hips that allows the legs to be lifted to the side.
The foot is fixed, elevating, with detailed toes.
The code on the back of the head is DF49.

A Made to Move body with Asha's skin tone is suitable for hybridization. And just like the previous Defa Lucy dolls, the lilac beauty looks harmonious as a companion for Mattel Barbie girls.

And now we move on to the girls from the most stylish series of Defa Lucy dolls - Fashion Girl: Mix and Match. They have better packaging (the box is similar to the packaging of Barbie Looks), and interesting outfits.

Defa Lucy, Fashion Girl: Mix and Match, Brunette

And the first to visit us was a charming blue-eyed brunette with a square in a denim set☺️

This is the third new mold in the review, but no less interesting and refined than the previous ones.
The girl has a very expressive non-pixel make-up, bright lips and nude eyes, which, combined with a perfect dark square, makes her very mysterious and languid🫦

The perfect square of dark brown color has its price - to create a minimum volume and a smooth styling, the doll's head is almost not stitched. There are two options - either to put up with or to flash.
Chocolate-colored eyebrows are hidden under the bangs.

The girl has no additional accessories, so let's move on to the review of her stylish outfit🤩
The denim jacket and denim skirt (the material is printed under the jeans) have a whole bunch of small details: these are beautiful even contrast seams, and functional pockets, there is even an imitation of metal buttons (but they are plastic and need additional fastening, because they fly off quickly).
The reverse side of the outfit looks pretty neat.
A white knitted tank top with a real print, like the skirt, fastens with Velcro on the back.

White stylish boots with heels and sprinkling of sequins complete the look.

The girl's body is hinged, like the first inspection dolls, the only difference is that the foot is not flat, but raised.
On the back of the head is the code DF53

The girl looks great next to the representatives of Barbie from Mattel, so you can safely put her in their company☺️

Made to Move with Neko skin tone is suitable for hybridization with a more mobile body.

Defa Lucy, Fashion Girl: Mix and Match, Blonde

And finally, our parade of Defa Lucy dolls is completed by an incredible blonde who caught the attention of our team, first of all, with her stylish denim jumpsuit, which so unmistakably resembles Raina Ahmadi's (Eye Candy) jumpsuit from Integrity Toys 🤭🥴😋
The girl's mold is already familiar to us, it's DF57, but, let's face it, it's a very good look🤩
The makeup is non-pixelated, but just like some of the other dolls in the review - the lips are worn and need correction.

The doll's hair looks gorgeous, it's soft enough to the touch, but we all don't believe in miracles when it comes to sewing a high tail for a long time🤭 That's why - the sewing is very rare, and if there are intentions to make the doll other hairstyles, you need to/re-stitch .

The denim jumpsuit impresses with its detailing😍 As for the quality - they sewed very neatly, but too quickly, because in some places the seams did not have time to change direction at the turns🥴
In general, the combo turned out to be decent, having another "bonus" in it - it fits perfectly on Mattel bodies😉

Pointy white heeled pumps hide under the flared pants. Legs with detailed toes look very delicate in them😊

The body of the doll is hinged, like that of an ordinary colleague in the series, and the same - with a fixed lifting foot.

This is how the blonde looks next to Barbie Extra on the Made to Move body. They would become friends

To make the blonde even more mobile, you can use the Made to Move Neko skintone body.

Well, that's all, friends, our review marathon on Defa Lucy has come to an end😅
Thank you for your attention, for your resistance to longrids and for being with us until the very end❤️
We hope you had fun looking at these wonderful unusual dolls and maybe even caught yourself wanting to invite one of them to your collections😊
