Today we are reviewing a rock legend from Mattel's Barbie Music series - the incomparable Stevie Nicks!🎙️
The doll belongs to Black Label, has a bright thematic packaging with a transparent plastic facade and the story of the singer on the back.
The package also includes a standard black stand for the doll and a certificate of authenticity.

The doll looks very bright and authentic, according to the period of the greatest creative flourishing of its prototype: multi-layered clothes, stylish high-heeled shoes and the famous Stevie tape tambourine.

The doll is created on the Stevie Nicks portrait mold. The face has pleasant, graceful features, special attention should be paid to the fragile profile and sensual half-open lips of the doll☺️
Expressive eyes and lips are emphasized with high-quality non-pixel make-up in warm tones, the delicious shade of terracotta lipstick is especially "sticky" 💄👄

The doll's hair has several shades: platinum borders on warm blond, and the edging of the nape of the neck is stitched with cocoa-colored strands.
In general, the hair is quite soft, but partially varnished in curls near the face. Thanks to this, the hairstyle looks very chaotic, individual hairs stick out and cannot be styled. The unevenly distributed parting and the area above the bangs deserve special attention - with the naked eye, you can see that these places require rearrangement and, possibly, patching.

The Stevie Nicks doll's only adornment is a chain with a gold crescent pendant. The pendant is held on a gold lurex thread tied in a knot, so it cannot be removed.

A bright accessory of the doll is a ribbon tambourine made of plastic. To hold the doll in the hand, the tambourine has a specific hole on the handle.
This hole leaves a dent on the doll's hand, which disappears without a trace if you hold the doll's handle in boiling water.
The tambourine is decorated with thin ribbons, two ribbons each of the same color - black, red and purple, six in total.
The doll's hands have a delicate terracotta manicure, matching the lipstick 💅🏻💄

The doll's outfit consists of a blouse with a complex design and a two-layered skirt.
The black blouse with a scent has a shelf and back made of a material that resembles a plush, and the sleeves are translucent wide ribbons that fall arbitrarily almost to the floor.
A skirt of an interesting shape, created from a soft semi-shiny fabric, is not burdened by additional seams and has a petticoat with a yoke.
Plastic buttons are used as fasteners for the blouse and skirt.
It should be noted that under the outfit, the doll's body is protected by a film, so it can be concluded that some parts of the outfit can stain the plastic🤔

The epicenter of the outfit, in our opinion, is the stylish and detailed platform boots and heels. They are divided into right and left, made of dense rubberized plastic, very pleasant to the touch. The heels are not flexible, they confidently hold the weight of the doll.

The body type of the Stevie Nicks doll is stated by Mattel as Gigi Hadid. This is an articulated body with simultaneous joints in the elbows and knees, without elastic in the hips, but with limited mobility (the legs do not spread to the sides), articulated bones and a non-articulated foot with a lift.
The head and body have their own markings.

Stevie Nicks has a neutral skin tone, so you can use Barbie Made to Move Millie blonde with a ponytail for hybridization. Note that the shades of skin tones may vary depending on the batch (series) of the release, so it is more reliable to choose a donor live.
Also, you should pay attention to the fact that Stevie Nicks has a smaller head size, which is characteristic of collectible Mattel dolls.

Handles with a manicure can also be rearranged on the MTM body, and thanks to boiling water, the dent from the tambourine disappeared, the handle became smooth.
